We are currently only offering gloss finish.
Design fee is waived if you supply ready to print files. All orders will be emailed a ready to print file for future orders.
- All print ready orders placed before 5pm will process same day, orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day.
- Shipping is FedEx next day, weekends are not included and will ship the next business day. (Example: order print ready products Monday by 5pm and receive Wednesday by 12pm)
- AFTER HOURS DESIGN AND ORDER PROCESSING IS AVAILABLE FOR ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

- If you are having an image designed by us add another 24 hours for designing, once designed, image will need approved and order will then processed upon approval.

Upload images should be in Vector format or a High- Resolution file to avoid any type of pixelation

If you're trying to match a color, we ask that you send in the color codes. RGB, CMYK

Example: A jpeg that is only 12 inches will not print well on a 8 foot banner.
Designs done in Canva must be designed to size or larger (example: 5"X8" Signs can be designed at 10"x16", 15"x24" and so forth) Save your files to a quality of at least 3x, do this by going to: share > download > choose file type from drop down > use size x slider to increase pixels (slide to 3x) > download
